Block Captains

Safety and Security are the highest concerns of the Homeowners. To help in this, we have divided the Stonewall Ranch Subdivision into 33 blocks of 12 to 20 homes. Each block needs a volunteer "Block Captain." The role of the Block Captain is to...

  • Communicate directly with block residents through face-to-face, telephone, or by delivering written communications
  • Act as a representative of your block to the HOA Directors to inform them of the resident's desires, concerns, and problems with respect to all aspects of HOA activity which are conducted through the committees: Safety, Security, Grounds Beautification, Welcome, Clubhouse, Pool, Social, Communications, Playground, and Architectural Control.
  • Coordinate with your neighbors to act as a mutual "Community Watch"
  • Represent your block at occasional meetings of all block captains
  • Have your name and phone number listed on this page so others may contact you
