Dogs MUST to be on leash......
Anonymous writes "This is a reminder to everyone in our lovely neighborhood that whether you are in your front yard with your dog or on a walk, that your pets MUST be secured on a leash at all times. I walk my dog daily and in the last week and we have been "charged" by other dogs on two separate occasions. These dogs have both been of considerable size and quite intimidating. Nothing horrible has happened, however, it is an avoidable situation. Please note that our HOA does enforce this rule. Thank you for your time and consideration with this matter.
Kindly, Sarah Boge "

Reminder: Don't modify public areas
A reminder to all residents - it is not permissable for any resident or homeowner to modify, make alterations or repairs to any public area structure, landscaping, or constructed piece. Even if your intentions are good, and you are trying to improve it - don't do it. If you see a part of the public infrastructure that needs repairs or modification, report it to the directors. They will take corrective action. Thank you!
